01 / GEOMETRY AND DRAWING INPUTS
Define the ring around the bore.
The outside diameter, inside diameter and thickness establish the envelope. The drawing should also show the bore fit, reference faces, edge condition and any concentricity requirement.
Outside and inside diameter
State the dimensions that control the assembly fit.
Thickness and axial length
Keep the axial direction connected to magnetization.
Fit and concentricity
Call out runout, clearance or concentricity where it matters.
Polarity
Mark the required direction and reference face on the drawing.
02 / MATERIAL AND FINISH
Specify grade and coating with the bore.
Material, coating and dimensional allowance need to work together. Final selection follows the approved drawing and project specification.
03 / PROCUREMENT AND INSPECTION
Keep the release basis beside the part.
The RFQ should carry the application, environment, magnetic target, pole orientation, coating, quantity and annual usage. Samples, MOQ and lead time are confirmed for the project.

OD, ID, thickness and other assembly-critical dimensions.
Magnetic
Grade and magnetization direction reviewed against the requirement.
Surface and coating
Finish and condition remain part of release.
Traceability
Quality records can be included in the quotation basis.
