A PDF, STEP or STP drawing gives the clearest basis for an engineering review, but a written geometry description or application brief can start the conversation when the drawing is not ready.

PDF, STEP and STP are the confirmed digital inputs for the current RFQ route. If you do not have one of these files, describe the key dimensions, faces, pole direction and assembly context in the enquiry.

Grade and coating are reviewed together with the geometry, operating environment, magnetic target, fit and handling requirements. Nickel, zinc, epoxy and phosphating can be considered subject to the approved project specification.

State the required direction and polarity, and identify the reference faces or drawing callouts where possible. This keeps the magnetic orientation connected to the surrounding assembly.

MOQ, sample quantity and lead time are confirmed against the geometry, process route, quantity and project timing. They should not be treated as one universal value for every custom magnet.

Yes, the inspection and release basis can be discussed with the drawing or specification. Dimensional, magnetic, surface, environmental and batch records can be considered where they are part of the project requirement.
