Production follows the requirement through the relevant process route, with checkpoints connected to the approved drawing and specification.

The sequence is not a catalogue of isolated capabilities. It is a way to keep material input, geometry, surface condition, magnetization and inspection in one useful handoff.

RAW MATERIAL

Start with the material basis.

Powder preparation establishes the material input for the next stage. The route stays connected to the drawing and the application context.

PRESSING

Shape and orientation enter the process.

Pressing establishes the near-net form and required orientation before controlled heat. Geometry and magnetization direction remain part of the same review.

SINTERING

Controlled heat turns the form into a part.

Sintering is where consistency takes shape. The pressed form becomes the material structure that later grinding, cutting and finishing depend on.

MACHINING

The approved geometry is brought into focus.

Grinding, machining and multi-wire cutting bring the part toward the approved geometry, including the fit and edge conditions that matter in the assembly.

COATING

Surface condition follows the requirement.

Surface finishing and electroplating form part of the production route when the approved requirement calls for them. Nickel, zinc, epoxy and phosphating are available options subject to confirmation.

MAGNETIZATION

Direction and polarity travel with the specification.

Magnetization is completed to the specified direction and polarity, subject to the project requirement. The finished state is reviewed in the context of the drawing.

INSPECTION

Release evidence belongs beside the part.

Inspection brings dimensional, magnetic, visual and coating requirements into the release conversation so the handoff stays tied to the approved basis.
